Medianova launched the first phase of the OTT IPTV project in the Middle-East with Pars Online. Medianova provides the Live and On-Demand Encoding Platform, Streaming Platform, Global and Local Load Balancers and the Middleware. Project Users enjoy HD streaming using HLS and Dynamic Streaming without consuming their bandwidth quota at their homes.
